Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Auburn from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We also coordinate Roof Replacement timing around Auburn weather patterns, scheduling tear-off days when the forecast gives us the best chance of staying dry.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Local Auburn crews mean your Roof Replacement start date isn't pushed out for weeks.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
We match material choice to Auburn's climate exposure, not just the lowest bid.
A complete Roof Replacement covers more than swapping shingles — here's what's actually included.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
For Auburn homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
A crew lead inspects your Auburn roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
Pricing tiers by material are explained clearly before you commit to anything.
Final walkthrough happens before we consider your Roof Replacement project complete.
Full tear-off and reroof, three days start to finish, and the yard was spotless after.
